Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) is a semiconductor laser that generates light via electronic transitions within the conduction band of a complex heterostructur. This design allows QCLs to be engineered to emit light in the mid and far-infrared ranges, which is useful for applications like molecular gas analysis and spectroscopy.
CNI can provide Distributed Feedback Lasers and Fabry–Perot Lasers.
