Have you considered Circularly Polarized Luminescence as a technique

for advancing your understanding of luminescent molecules?

Fluorescence is useful for measuring total emission.

But for measuring chirality of these emissive molecules, you need an instrument capable of capturing Lum(left) and Lum(right)
and then calculating 
g(LUM).

Until recently, the choices for CPL instruments were homemade or large, expensive commercial models. 

After years of producing combination CD and CPL models -- instruments that support CD and CPL -- we have added a
CPL-only model, the CPL Solo

 
 

On the CPL Solo, everything contributes to highest sensitivity CPL.
